You see people making all sorts of crazy claims for their cars, but Car & Driver puts the N/A 5-speed PT 0-60 time at 8.5 seconds, so I don't see CHROMEDCRUISER as totally out of line here, but beating the IS300 I can only put down to the driver being kind of a dork for not being able to beat the N/A PT. Either that or he had three very large friends in the car and a trunk full of stuff - or badly missed a shift.
CHROMEDCRUISER is dead on about driver ability: you should have seen the bonehead trying to stage his BMW 325i at Cali Speedway a week or so ago. He screwed up three times, then redlighted and tried to stage again....while the car in Lane 1 was halfway down the track!
