DO NOT post your names in this thread please. Contact me by by email from this site. If you would like me to hold off on filing charges let me know ASAP. It will only take one response from someone who was scammed( I must have proof of it, if I dont know about you), as I am doing this on behalf of EVEYONE scammed, not individual cases. BUT please email me & tell me. Do not post it here. I have no problems holding off, as I have nothing to gain( with the exception that she is getting nailed to the wall).

What would you like me to do seriously.... you have no idea why i am giving refunds you have no idea why I can't get the product like I thought. Also I never said anything about ripping anyone off I just offered refunds is that not fair? Its only been 2-3 weeks. For the 5th time I can not get into the chat room to get anyone contact information...so what the fock would you like me to do. I only have ptlilys screen name which he hasn't been online. So you please tell me what the fock do you want me to do for real??? A refund isn't good enough to you then what ????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????
I would really like to know. If your going to take action against me why would I even brother giving refunds...I might as well wait for that. So you pick..everyone to get a refund this week or two or you "take action" against me. Its simple as that. Besides go ahead and take action against me because by the time everything goes through everyone will get their money back. so please go ahead and pass on the note that I need email address of people because I no longer have them or better yet if your so concered why dont you send them to me....

If you are wonding about her not sending the cash. She will have to regardless. They WILL make her pay restution on all cases, so her post about not sending the cash, doesnt hold water. If she does send it back to you. That still holds her accountable for the crime she comitted. She CANNOT say that she wont pay if I press charges(well, she did) because that is just another criminal act from her & more charges ontop of what she will already have.
So like I said. If you want me to hold off & you actually think she is telling the truth, for once( I dont see how anyone in their right mind would think this) I will. But, the other thing I may do is put the one person( if it is only one person), as a victim, but with-holding charges.
Just so I can get the ball rolling.
