I still have the instruction sheet but it really isnt needed. Just unbolt your stock and rebolt the new. As far as the template...I didnt really use tha either. It was better for me to bolt up the exhaust and spin the extra pipe up to the bumper to see where it would exactly line up. If you need any help, I just installed mine about a month ago but its still pretty fresh.
