I don't mean to be giving away the secrets of the dealership, but it only takes 5 minutes to do a quicklearn with our scanners. And 4 of those minutes are trying to get in the car's computer. Don't let them charge you an hour. I could do those back when I was an hourly apprentice. If it is under warranty, tell them you are having shifting problems and just want a quicklearn performed. They should do it. It's free for you, and the tech should get at least some time from Chrysler. If you are decent friends with the service department, they should do it for you. Just like we program remotes and keys for free. We want the customers happy and will do the little stuff for free hoping that any probs you have you'll bring to us. Apparently my dealership is different from everyone else.
