Thorough Suspension Check from a mechanic you trust: about an hour of shop time (local price varies... around here the good shops charge about 60-75/hr for diagnostics).
There are a lot of independent and chain shops that will handle suspension problems. Only go to the dealer if it is in warrantee, or your trusted mechanic recommends it.

(To find a trustworthy mechanic: ask your neighbors... especially neighbors with old cars that run good.)

If you are one of the lucky ones who has a Chrysler dealer who has a service department that is Not a pack of Incompetent Crooks, go ahead and take it there. Figure to pay Much More for dealer service.
