Glad to hear your problem is solved! Funny that it would only shake when turning, but funnier things have happened and goes to show it is almost impossible to T/S over the wires.
As far as the weights on the out side of our wheels it is not possible since they do not have a secure place to mount them and if you did, it would look like hell! I'll I was saying is that it is a trade off by not being able to weight the outside and If you have a set of wheels that are giving you problems then this will only make it harder to try to balance.
