Personally I don't believe so. The PT prototypes were based on the Neon platform, but the production PT's can be categorized as having their own platform. Even the struts are different.

If you look at the pictures above, the Neon strut nuts are positioned differently than the PT (the middle nut is located on the inside for the PT). The Neon intake manifold is in the front and not going over the valve cover like the PT. Also the angle or height of a Neon strut bar would probably hit something (hood and/or engine), The PT's struts lie a lot lower in the engine compartment. So you would need to measure for clearances and length. I would suggest buying the Freedom Design Strut Bar, as pictured above on the PT.

The FD is comparable in price to Neon strut bars, at least $20 cheaper than the other PT strut bars out there, and IMHO, I don't see nor have heard from anybody that changed their strut bars to another brand, that there is any performance difference between the various strut bars other than looks or the design.
