Caeramics seem to have the problem of eating rotors. You'll need to do a rotor swap before a pad swap. If you have drums in the rear (this is a GT forum so probably not) get those cleaned and adjusted. But yeah, the stocks ones will squeek if they have a little "morning rust", or if they get hot like city driving with the semi metallic factory material instead of the old asbetos, they will also squeek. The squeek is a sacrifice for cleaner, safer brake pads.
