Default GT Brake Problems

I have no idea what event started this all up but my passenger side front brake makes a chirping noise almost like a bird (at first I thought it was a bird!) under light apllication of the brakes. Once I apply more pressure to stop it makes a scrubbing sound. I only have 20k miles on my car and I've never had any problems with the brakes before now. My car has been at the dealer 3 times in the past 2 weeks and when I picked it up today, they still didn't have it right. They thought it was the fact that my wheel was bent (that's another story) which didn't make sense to me but hey, I'm no mechanic. At least I got my warranty company to buy me two front GT wheels $1,200.

What is going on!?[:I] Has anyone else here experienced any thing like this with their PT? I need to give these mechanics some insight before I blow a gasket!
