Yes. In a nutshell:

1. Springs only: $150 - $400 installed depending on which unit, who installs, etc.
Upside- Relatively cheap. Lowers the car for a different look, in some ways the handling improves, in others it may not.
Downside- Stock shocks/struts can't keep up, ride quality tends to suffer a bit, especially in the rear end. Some hate it, others don't think it's too bad - very subjective.

2. Springs/shocks & struts: to the above add $265 - $600 installed, again depending on which units and who installs, etc.
Upside- as above but with better rebound control, potential to adjust shocks if you go Koni. You can always add these to the lowering springs at a later date if funds won't allow all at once.
Downside- not a lot, really, although don't expect the Koni shocks to offer infinitely variable adjustability. Koni also requires a tiny bit of cutting for the front struts.

3. Full coilovers: $1100 - $1800 installed, again depends on model and who installs
Upside- infinitely adjustable, everything designed to work together. Potentially offers the best handling available.
Downside- that's a lot of money! Very important that you dial them in properly to realize maximum benefit. This involves adjusting ride height, etc with the car on a four corner scale with driver behind the wheel, etc.

If you add any combination of 1 & 2 above and later decide to go with full coilovers you can always sell the springs/shocks/struts on eBay!
