80 cars participated in the
SEA CRUISE 3 PT Cruiser & Hot Rod Show held at Ocean Shores, WA., September 23-25, 2005.
Sea Cruise is a volunteer driven event by the PT Cruiser Guild of Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center. Proceeds from the event help improve the lives of literally hundreds of families with children in need. This year more than $17,000 was raised. My wife made and donated the SEA CRUISE 3 Quilt--"Giving Dreams"--which was raffled off. Cars came from four states and Canada--California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and B.C. A very customized Inferno Red Cruiser was driven all the way from Southern California and won three trophies--
Best PT Cruiser,
Furthest Traveled, and
Best of Show. My car, the "
Seamist Green CruzN Machine", won the trophy for
Best Turbo.
Also, two other cars from my club, the
Puget Sound Cruisers, received trophies for
Best Interior and
Best Stock. It was a fun weekend! [8]
