OK, here's my two cents worth. I'm a retired Boeing guy who now owns a detail business, Smile & Shine Auto Detailing, in the great northwest. I too have tried Gary's products and like them and the price. But here's what I do for all of the cars I detail. I first start with a complete clay bar (after washing). Then I add a coat of Zaino Z-1™ Show Car Polish Lok followed by a coat of Z-5™ Show Car Polish for Swirl Marks and Fine Scratches. After polishing I add a coat of the new Meguiars NXT Tech wax. The shine is unbelieveable and the best I've ever seen. What the Zanio's Z5 is great for is removing the fine scratches and swirl marks that espically happen to red and black cars. Of course this is a heck of a lot of hard work and for most of your applications Gary's sealant works very well. Oh and by the way, since I'm retired and do this for fun and some extra folding cash, I do a complete detail for $100 (interior and exterior) including tax.
