Hi All,

We just bought a 2004 PT and as I was folding down the seats the other day, I found a black elastic loop on the rear of the passengers side seat rear seat. It's actually like 3 or 4 loops sewn on a strip.

I looked through the manual and still have no idea what the thing is for, any ideas?
