Make absolelty sure that they are balancing the wheels with internal (inner arc of the wheel) weights and not rim weights. This was the problem with mine. It is extremely unusual for tires to be "out of round". I cannot remember the last time anyone used rim weights on my wheels. Apparently the "pros" at Scher Tire where not aware of the need for this type of weight, especially with an alloy, front driver. The weights need to be located closer to the center of the offset. Also the machine that is used needs to be able to detect runout as well as out of balance to place the weights.
