I don't think there is anything wrong with front-to -rear rotation on a front wheel drive car. The front tires will wear much faster than the rear tires so moving them from the front to the rear will accomplish the most good. As far as the side to side rotation, unless 1) your vehicle is out of alignment, 2) you drive on VERY crested roads all the time or 3) you keep hitting curbs (Ouch!!), it probably isn't a big deal.

The issue of uni-directional tires is a good point but as Crewzin said, the original tires certainly aren't uni-directional.

In short, you should be OK!!
