I'm gonna jump in and make a couple suggestions.
-AMX1397 "Brand X" intake pipe. Definitley worth the money and can be used with your stock airbox. This makes a difference in the midrange and top end. It replaces the stock intake pipe and its built in silencer. You get better airflow and you can actually here the turbo spool up and hear the stock BOV.

-K&N panel filter. Works well when used in conjunction with the above mentioned intake pipe.
-Mopar/Borla "Turbo" dual exhaust. It's debatable whether dual exhaust actually helps any. This system is 2 1/2" compared to the 2 1/4" stock exhaust. You'll get better flow which equals some more power. The sound is cool. The PT turbo should come with this exhaust from the factory. Even if you don't want to go with duals, at least go for a 2 1/2" single outlet system.
-Stage 1 would probably give the best "bang for the buck". I don't don't have it on my car yet. I want to join the club, but can't afford the membership fee at the moment (got the credit card bills from my CTF4/Niagara trip... No more mods for me for a little while.[:0]). From all the testimonials on this forum it sounds like it can't be beat.
The best thing to do is monitor this and other PT forums. Ask questions. You'll get a pretty good idea from people what's worth the time and money and what's not.
