2006 PT Limited Ed Mileage is terrible.
We've put a little over 1000 miles on our 06 PT Limited
Edition with the automatic and turbo engine. We've taken
two trips (over 100 miles each) on interstate highways averaging
about 65 mph on cruise control.
The average mileage on the first trip was 17.9 mpg. The second trip
mileage was 18.7 mpg. The window sticker say highway mileage should be
22-30. Not even close.
We have a 1999 corvette coupe with 400 horsepower and we get almost 30
mpg on the highway with it!!!
Why the heck can't this little 4 cylinder PT Cruiser get better mileage?
Anyone else have similar problems?
