The sealant (in the yellow bottle) is the last step in the detailing process. I advise using the paint cleaner first to get rid of old wax, along with prepping the car for the final phase. The sealant needs to sit on the finish for around 20 minutes. Then it is easily removed.
The Poly-Seal needs to be shaken well. It is a two part solution and its essential that it is mixed prior to use. After that, all you do is spray it on and remove right away. DO NOT let the poly seal sit like you do for the finishing sealant.

Also, dont take offense; I have had only great feedback, and I know as more people are using my products, there is more of a chance someone will goof up. Ok, enough of that. Gary, you hit the nail on the head with what I did. I apparently didn't let the sealant stay on long enough, and left the poly-seal on too long.
When I did it, I covered the whole car in sealant and then proceeded to take it off. Probably it did NOT take 20 minutes to do this.
When I poly-sealed the car, I did a similar thing, did the whole car and then took it off.
I guess maybe this weekend I'll need to go back and do it right (if I can get the time). Thanks!
