My solution for removing the water that likes to hide in all those hard to reach places - I take my shop vac around the edges of the head & tail lights, the trim below the windows, my Stull beltline kit, lugnut holes in my wheels, around the edge of the door sills, under the door spears, and between the slats in the grille. When I'm done with that I put the brush attachment on and vacuum the inside of the car.
Others have used a leaf blower to blast the water out, but the water in my area is so hard that it instantly leaves real nasty spots when I tried it.
