I suppose you could add wire to create a y split, so the harness can support both. Only issue is if it would cause a voltage drop off when both horns are held on.
The horn you have now is 400+ Hz right?
You should use the blade connectors to hook up the wires to the horns. Split the wires to create a set for each...ie: solder or tie two new wires to the original striped and black wires, and then crimp blade connectors to the ends of the 4 wires.
Unless you hold the horns down all day, I can't imagine it would draw to much power. I could be wrong, see what others have done also.I didn't use the relay. As far as + and -, I selected the brass terminal for - (black wire) and the silver looking one for power (striped). I am referring to the blade mount punch color.
