The dash plaque cost $9 including shipping. There is no company or website that sells them. I ordered mine from a fellow who is a member of the
PT Cruiser Club and has these made upon request. His name is

BTW, these plaques are specifically made for the Dream Series 3 cars which
Chrysler did not believe needed numbered plates.
Previous Dream Cruiser Series 1 and 2 all had sequentially numbered plates to identify them but they were omitted on the DS3s which is how this all got started.
