Hooligan, good to hear your good news. Thats the way I look at it also "no major damage". I consider myself lucky saying that!
Getting pounded with rain and some pretty good winds right now. Woundn't you know it, now the dogs decide that have to potty.[xx(] Slightly joking[] here but maybe you should stay put until Ivan finishes doing what he's going to do[:0] I might just leave my window covering up, tried of taking down and then back up.
Plan on extra time coming home, everyone will be coming home at the same time.[8)]

Crewzins just north of Tampa and the eye of the storm so he's probably getting hit pretty hard right now. Lets wish him luck. SakiGT I think is on the other side but even if she isn't this storm will get her rained on no matter what coast she is on. You stay safe also and that goes for everyone in its path in Florida and where ever its headed next.

My first level of my dock is now under water by about 6" and it appears to be rising pretty fast. The high tide mark is usually about 2 feet below that first level. Second level is about 4 feet above the normal high tide mark. I might just have to go swimming to get to the bbq. I didn't bring it up to the house this time. Heavy son of a gun. I was hoping for the best and lost.
