WOT is with the gas pedal to the floor, hence the throttle is wide open feeding fuel. At these points, boosting is more aggressive woth S1 and you can actually hold WOT for longer. Stock PCM pulls you down after only a sec or two.
If you have an 04, S1 install is so easy. It requires very little know how to unscrew 4 bolts holding the PCM to the firewall. I have an 03, so I had to pull the engine apart and install the injectors. I had never (i mean never) done anything like that before and was able to do the install with no difficulties.
Save your money and do it yourself.
