I think you'll find when this is up and running, that it's nothing more than a "virtual visualizing tool" i.e., a drawing or view of a PT that you can click on or drag and drop different objects onto to see how they look. Like the wheel/tire visualizer that the Tire Rack has on their website to show you what the different wheels/tire combos would look like on your Cruiser. You can change the color of the car, raise and lower it a little and try the different sizes and brands of wheels on it.

This one of the Chrysler site will probably be a little more sophisticated, but I wouldn't expect it to do much more that allow you to change paint schemes and drag different graphic packages on to a side view of a Cruiser to see how they look. It might be fun to play with, but I wouldn't expect any radical new design schemes to come out of it.
