Noticed one day that the A/C was not cold, sent it to the dealer for check and was told that the evaporator was leaking and it wud cost a bomb to fix (due to heavy labour work). So they told me to just keep on adding the gas when the A/C is not cool. I did that and it only lasts for 2 months max. My question is can I keep on doing this- refilling the A/C gas every 2 months? or will this affect the A/C system worse in the future? Will it affect the compressor?

secondly, My dealer mentioned (on my last service) that the PT cruisers dont use the RE14mcc5 spark plugs anymore, it has been upgraded to use RE16mc instead. Is this true? anybody using this spec? I notice that the engine stutter is still there on idle. I also changed to new MOpar plugwires as well. How do i get rid of the idle engine stutter (shake)? 2001 basic automatic model.
