Thanks folks. I got it. Wait for rain to stop, lie on back, carefully pull out snap, peel back cover, twist out bulb, put in new one without touching the glass part. I can do that! The hardest part is the "wait for the rain to stop". This has been the rainiest year in history here in central Virginia. We got 14 inches from Gaston and another two inches this morning and now who knows what IVAN will bring. I really feel for the folks down in FL and on the Gulf Coast!
