Class Action Suit
Out of all the Cruiser owners out there has anyone ever thought of a Class Action Suit against DC for selling a product that is not complete as stated by the bill of lading/window sticker? I'm sick and tired of paying for something and then not getting it. What I am alluding to is the rear sway bar that has been talked about in previous threads.
Chrysler Corporation is well known for building cars and trucks with problems that linger on well past the alloted warranty period, then the buyer is stuck with the repairs.
Someone out there has to be an attorney, or have one in the family that may have some insight into such a suit. These types of problems will continue to persist unless the public takes it upon themselves to change it.
I'm just sick and tired of spending hard earned money and coming up on the short end.
