Ahh, the almighty iVTEC, so when you get up to 9,000 RPM, the engine won't shut down on you, but maybe give you an extra horsepower, what a crock. By the time he's to 9,000, you're already in second gear getting ready to kick the clutch and toss it to third. Yes, street racing is dangerous, but so is driving to work. I will remind mean green and all the other older folks out there, that your generation is what started the muscle car era, and 90% of the muscle cars raced on the street. Cars were being made in the factory to be able to street race. Hurst shifters, big 4 barrels, and big displacement were all the rage back then, and why; not to get to work an extra second faster, but to shut down that SS sitting next to you at a light.
