I do Schutzhund training a few days a week and most of the time training takes part on large parcells of land.Farms or land similar.So I have to go down dirt roads etc. Just drive slow and avoid the middle of the road raises caused by tires on both sides. My biggest worry is the front end scrapping or getting hung up.I did look at subarus but really like the PT's interior room.Have more room for 2 kennels plus equipment etc.Now I have realized the PT is much more than space. However, I would not off road purposely ,for the PT is not designed for this on a regular serious basis. I have not lowered mine to keep me safe. And if I know I am going to a really harsh place, The F-250 comes out.
