Its all one piece and no its not easy. If you pull off the plastic piece inside the hatch you will see the first few bolts you'll need to take off. There are two more inside the frame and then there are 4? platistic push in type thingies (thats what chrysler calls them Im sure...) on the eges. They are easily seen if you remove the taillights. The hardest bolts are the ones inside the frame that cant really see.
