A couple of hours? I changed out my plugs in my old 2001 PT using the guide over at PTDOITYOURSELF.NET (included pictures), and it only took me 40 minutes. It's not that hard at all. You just have to disconnect the intake (not fully) and hang it from a bungee cord. I used the spark plug wires to lift the plugs out, and set them in again instead of a piece of rubber tubing. The turbos look easier. Looks like the intake is shaped to be able to get to the plugs without removing it.
