inlet air temp sensor is in the intake pipe between the filter and throttle body. Did you put a cold air intake on? if you did you probably screwed up the sensor or did not connect the wires securely. There is no repair that you can do other than replacing the sensor unless you have a multimeter and know the acceptable range for that particular sensor.

EVAP leak. either you have a hole in your gas tank, cap is faulty, not tight enough, or there is a loose hose somewhere at the fuel tank area. Try putting a small amount of sealing grease around the gas cap seal and tighten it until it clicks at least twice or go out and buy a new gas cap.

Once the repairs have been done you can reset the codes by disconnecting the battery like you have done in the past. P1684 will always be there, it is a system readiness code.
