If you use aftermarket polyurethane bushings for the Front End Links, you will not be able to use that torque setting. The OEM bushings are made of hard plastic (which is why the torque setting will work), plus the "nut" is made of stamped steel. So you end up with 2 problems. One is determining how tight to tighten the "nut" and two, how to take off/reuse that "nut". It would be easier to buy new end links, they come in different sizes/lengths and include the bolts, nuts, washers, and spacers. If you are staying with the stock front sway bar, then measure the total length before your take it apart and buy replacement end links that come the closest. You won't be able to see/notice the polyurethane bushings "bulge out to the edge of the washer" as most aftermarket instructions (bushings only and anti-sway bar packages that include replacement front end links, bushings, washers and spacers) say as being the optimal/final tightening sequence. I would suggest tightening the bolt/nut until you see enough threads to put on another nut. I usually buy self locking nuts at the local hardware store to ensure the nuts don't back out or get loose over time and in most of the aftermarket anti-sway bar (front) installs we did on my friends PT's, used 2 nuts (the supplied nuts and add a locking nut on top).
