Hi Sci-Fi,
The kit came with with new bolts, self-locking nuts, washers, spacers and bushings. The people at suspension.com said torque it to mfg specs or as tight as I could, whichever came first. So I tighted it down some more last night. The wrench eventually clicked at the prescribed torque, so I'm going to go with that.
PS: Thanks to your web site, I got the large Mobile 1 oil filters now.
