I take my Cruiser to the car wash every Saturday. Its the spray kind and works great. Do the soap thing first then the high pressure rinse followed up by the no bead/streak or whatever its called and go on my way. In Florida there is a lot of "hard water", which I have at my house, therefore my reason to go to the car wash which has a softener. Once home I do the full monty. Car washes have their place, just don't use the ones with the brushes!
