JW, as you are certainly dealing with difficult situations at work and home. Glad there were no serious injuries in the accident and your family is okay. I know it must be extremely difficult for you being so far away from home at a time like this. The Cruiser can be fixed like new, and, in the process you should be able to get the other party's insurance company to pay for much of the cost to install those MODS you want for your car.
