I talked to Bill at the Return to the Beach V in Myrtle Beach a month ago, he was going back to work as a substitute mail carrier. I know he had wanted to run his business full time, but I guess he didn't do as well as he expected.
IMHO: I have purchased a few items from him, and it does take a while to make, paint those items. I wouldn't bad mouth him as he is trying to make a living by doing everything by his self.
