I've never dealt with FastlaneGrafix before, and I remember you mentioning an issue that you recently had with them. I believe anybody can make a mistake in business, but the real standouts are the ones who takes steps to correct things and make a customer happy. I'll certainly look into Bill's product line when I'm shopping for my next purchase since he obviously did what was needed to correct a stituation and make a customer happy.
Might I also add that for you to make this post and publicly apologize is a very, very classy thing to do.
