Any final product that you use that appears to remove swirl marks and the swirl marks reappear when you wash your car has fillers in it. In other words it acts like a glaze and hides/fills any small imperfections in the paint. As Gary mentioned, it is better to take your car to a professional to remove the swirl marks.
As far as the microfiber towels, you mentioned that the "labels" are still attached to the towel. You must remove them or the label will scratch your paint (unless you are very careful and only use one side of the towel). There are microfiber towels now available that have no stitched seamsand microfiber towels that have stick-on labels instead of being stitched on (labels are required by law, but the customer/buyer can remove them). So if you are also concerned about the stitching or hard to remove labels possibly scratching your paint, buy those microfiber towels instead.
