Here in NYC, we have everything you complained about in Georgia (except the awesome acorns and red clay) and high real estate prices![B)] Plus, let's not forget on going road construction, pot holes the size of Yugos, warped streets, seagulls, alot of rain in the past year, and oh wait ... I think I smell the snow coming! [:0]We've already had frost a couple of times, and some wet snow upstate. One of the reasons why I agreed to goto Florida with my girlfriend for a week next month to her cousin's wedding!
