Both my 2003 and early production (built 08/03) 2004 GT model had the wiring already in the car. Maybe your 2004 model was manufactured late in the production year
after DC realized they were wasting money putting in the wiring after removing [B)] the high-note horn.

For me at least, not having both the low and high-note horns installed on my Cruiser is a
safety issue. [:0] There is definitely a difference that can be heard! [|)]
