I'm not sure. I've read that the GT engines aren't built to handle anything above 300 HP, without new rods & pistons. I think it was Bob Stockum that stated it. Whatever the case, I figure if a person is willing to boost their HP above 300, changing the rods, pistons, & even beefing up the tranny would be included in their list.
