I noticed that all replies are from GT owners. Would regapping on a base model enhance performance? I have already installed 8.5 Crane wires. Thanks
The smaller gap on a blown engine is more effective because the turbulence from the turbo has a tendency to "blow out" the spark at higher RPMs. This realy isn't an issue on an NA engine. A wider gap may even be marginally beneficial to an NA engine since it will result in a larger spark.
