Definitely go ceramic. Much longer life, NO DUST. I got Raybestos ceramics from PartsAmerica.Com, but I've heard the Napa are good - just be sure you get the all cermaic, not a blend - NAPA has both.
Shouldn't need rears - they last twice as long, and I didn't find ceramic rears when I got mine a while ago.
