Just to clarify, it was working poorly, then after R&I of fuse, it was okay? That's a poor connection that was fixed by the movement. I'd say it's time to 'wiggle' all the fuses and maybe even retighten all grounds. The lights and bell are controlled by the instrument cluster. It is a control module, not just a simple gauge cluster. If you continue to have problems, and they are not connector-related (it usually is), it's going to be the cluster.
