A section of 4X4 is great for stopping in the garage, and can be used with ramps, too. Set the ramps against the front wheels, and grab the measuring tape. measure from the center of the front wheel to the center of the dip on the ramp. Put the 4X4 against the front of the rear wheel, then mark from the back of the 4X4 forward the same amount. move the 4X4 forward that much. Once you do it, it's easy.
