Thanks to all that gave me their thoughts on being a PT owner. My hubby and I bought our '03 PT yesterday, partly because you all gave such a favorable review of your PT's. It's a base PT (is that considered classic?) in Patriot blue that came with additional add-ons like cruise control, autolock, tinted windows. I'm sure I'm not listing everything, but I have chick mentality when it comes to cars
It rides beautifully and we're definitely in love! Funny enough I think one of my favorite features is being able to lock the back windows from being opened...my 15 yr old son loves to play with buttons, not MY window buttons...hehehe
We plan to get a personalized plate holder (not plate at this time), anyone have any good ideas on what to put on it?
At this time, we have no plans for any customization. Our main reason for getting it (besides my love at 1st sight the 1st time I saw a PT) is our almost 6 ft son needing more room and this will be our primary family car.
Thank you again and I'd love to stick around in here and get more advice, etc when I need it. BTW, did anyone else have the urge to flash their lights and wave at other PT's when you 1st got yours? It's killin' me not to...lol
