I would assume that there would be no problems with leaving in the larger injectors. After all, they are just injectors whether they are higher flowing or not. It's not like the injectors are mechanically complicated. I would assume that even if the injectors are larger, the stock PCM would still use the fuel flow rate that it's programmed with. Just my opinion, I might be wrong.
