Hey, if you haven't left yet, here are a couple suggestions;
1. check injector pulse width coasting downhill in gear (throttle off) and then with the clutch in or in neutral. Might see one a bit lower than the other for all the guys who want more mileage.
2. Engine load difference with A/C on/off at steady cruise.
3. Engine load difference with window(s) up/down.
4. boost curves in each gear
5. maybe try regular fuel and drive easy, while checking knock sensor status
6. This one may shock, but with cruise on, try a freeway section with curves and check load. You may see how good the alignment is...
OK, sorry for the late response.

1. Speculation here, as I cannot yet provide that type of measurement. The chip will only measure the parameters in the original post. I have felt deceleration when coasting down inclines in my 5 speed, and have often wondered if the PCM was sending data to the ABS controllers to keep all wheels turning the same RPM; which keeps the seed very close to that measured when you start to coast. Again, this is speculation, based on what I have felt.

2. - 6. These are very good suggestions, but I don't see that this data logger will allow me to measure that information.

The Software Development kit may allow someone to put together a program that will run in real time, and allow a passenger to enter comments to measured events, but at present, all that I can provide is data similar to that in the previous response.
