I have heard anywhere from .042.-052. .042 seems a little tight to me, I set mine at .049, I have a '02 NA, and haven't had any problems with that seetting. I also replaced wites with Mopar P4876511 Cables. They are the (High Output) special wires. Can't remember the correct term.[xx(]

Hooligan, I don't think you'd see a huge improvement in the NA by dropping plug gap. I believe (and someone will quickly correct me if I'm wrong) that the turbo cars came with the same plugs as the NA cars, and at the same gap. The nature of the turbo engine (extra heat and, well, boost!) should neccessitate a different plug, but DCX didn't spec different plugs. The turbo really likes the smaller gap and the upgraded wires. I don't recall reading a report from anyone with a turbo who didn't notice an improvement with this change.
As for upgrading wires on the NA, I would think you might a bit of an improvement there as the Cranes and Magnecors are just far, far better than the stock units.
